Last week I sold the first rental property I ever purchased. Using the BRRRR strategy, I made over $20K in less than 1.5 years (16 months), from investing $0 of my own money, and with minimal work.
Introduction
On 1/31/2020, I purchased my first two rental properties. One of which I just sold last week, on 5/27/2021.
The process of buying, rehabbing, renting, refinancing, and then repeating the process by using the refinance proceeds to purchase another property, was used here, and is known as the BRRRR method, or BRRRR strategy.
I thought it would be interesting to do a post-mortem analysis on this investment, and see how things worked out
